Black Moon Hosting uses MailChannels for all outgoing emails that you send. MailChannels is a leading email deliverability solution that ensures your messages reach their destination effectively and securely.

In the rare event that your email does not reach the recipient you may receive an error message email that has the subject: 'Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender'. In most cases this message will report that the reason for your message not reaching the recipient is due to their inbox being full to capacity in which case you should contact the recipient by some other means.
