It is important that your contact information stored in your Services account with us is up-to-date and accurate. Keeping up-to-date and accurate contact details ensures, for instance, that you can request a new password be sent via email for your Services account if you forget it and, among other things, ensures invoices and quotation documents reflect accurate information.
Updating your contact information is simple and can be done by:-
1. Going to https://www.blackmoonhosting.com and clicking the Client login button
2. Selecting the green client login button
3. Select the green Manage button underneath the Services & Billing heading
4. If you are not logged into your Services account, enter your login credentials and select login.
5. On the right hand-side select the Hello welcome message and select the Account Details menu option.
6. You have reached the Account Details page. Here it is possible to change your mail address, postcode/zipcode, phone number, email address and company name. Once you have entered the new details click the blue save changes button.
