Some of our services include the ability to pay on a monthly, annual or biannual billing cycle.
To see the available billing cycle options for the service you wish to purchase you would do the following:-
- Simply visit https://www.blackmoonhosting.com
- Select a category of service from the menu, such as Web Hosting
- Select the Purchase or Free Trial button
- If you are offered an additional service such as to choose a domain name, enter a domain name and select the blue continue button.
- Now where it says 'Choose Billing Cycle' select the drop-down box and select the appropriate billing cycle for you.
Please bear in mind that any existing active service you have cannot be changed to a different billing cycle unless your contract term and any outstanding contractual obligations have been completed. If you wish to change the billing cycle of an existing active service within your account please contact us.
