It is recommended that you update the contact information used with your website address (Domain Name) as soon as possible to reflect any changes to, for example, your mail address, full name, phone number and email address. This ensures that Domain Name specific alerts and information are communicated to the intended person.

In order to update your Domain Name contact information, you would do the following:-

  • Select the Drop-down icon next to the Spanner icon
  • Select the Edit Contact Information option

 

  • Select the Registrant tab

  • If you wish to manually specify new contact information for your domain name select the 'Specify contact information below' option otherwise select 'Use existing account contact'.
  • Select the blue Save Changes button at the bottom to put the changes into effect.
