To obtain more webspace for your email account you would complete the following steps:
- Go to https://www.blackmoonhosting.com and click on the Client login menu.
- Select the Manage button under the Services & Billing heading.
- Login to your Services account. You may use the Forgot Password? button on this page if you do not know your password.
- Once logged in click on the Services menu and select My Services.
5. Select the green active button next to your service.
6. Select the Downgrade/Upgrade option.
The Downgrade/Upgrade options provide for extra account space. If you do not see any Downgrade/Upgrade options please contact us for assistance.
