How do I obtain more space for my email account?

To obtain more webspace for your email account you would complete the following steps:

Go to https://www.blackmoonhosting.com and click on the Client login menu.
Select the Manage button under the Services & Billing heading.
Login to your Services account. You may use the Forgot Password? button on this page if you do not know your password.
Once logged in click on the Services menu and select My Services.

5. Select the green active button next to your service.

6. Select the Downgrade/Upgrade option.

The Downgrade/Upgrade options provide for extra account space. If you do not see any Downgrade/Upgrade options please contact us for assistance.
