To change your password for any email account you would do the following:-
- Go to https://www.blackmoonhosting.com and select the Client Login from the menu.
- Under the Services & Billing heading select the green Manage button.
- Login to your Services account by entering your email address and password. Select the Login button.
- Select the Services menu.
- In the Status column select the Active button next to the website address that represents the email address that you would like to update the password for.
- Now select Login to cPanel OR select the Login to Siteworx control panel.
- Search for and then select Email Accounts
- On the Email Accounts page you will find a list of all the email accounts that exist for this website address. Select the Manage button next to the email account that requires the password change.
- In the Security section you will see the New Password text field. Enter a new password for your email account here and then select the blue Update Email Settings to make the new password come into effect.
Note: Any device that was using your old email account password will not be able to send/receive email until you input the new password into the affected device.
