If you cancel one of the aforementioned hosting plans during our 30 calendar day money back guarantee period the domain name you have will be subject to a £20.95 surcharge to recover our expenses which will be deducted from your refund amount or levied as a separate charge; failure to pay such charge means you forfeit your right to manage your domain name with us until any and all due amounts are paid.
