Should you use your 30 calendar day money back guarantee, which begins from the date of account creation for a new customer who has never purchased services or accessed promotions before, any money refunded to you shall be the cost of the hosting plan minus the cost of us registering, renewing or transferring in the said top-level domain name to your account which currently costs us £20.95 per year.
