If you are seeing a "503 Service Unavailable" message this indicates that your hosting account has exceeded your webspace limit. This usually occurs for older website hosting packages or if you have the Lunar Lite hosting package.
To resolve this please request more webspace by:
- Going to https://www.blackmoonhosting.comÂ
- Click the Client log-in menu
- Click the green Manage button under the Services and Billing heading
- Log into your account (if requested)
- Click on the green active button next to your website name
- From the left hand side menu click on the upgrade/downgrade option to upgrade your webspace
