On occasion we may advertise offers and services that we feel our customers may be interested in.
If you would prefer not to receive any marketing emails from us here is how you can disable them.
Go to http://www.blackmoonhosting.com and click the Client Log-in menu. Click on the services and billing section and log into your Services account using the username and password we emailed to you in your Welcome email.
Once logged in you will see a box with the word Hello followed by your name. Click on this and then click Edit Account Details.
Now check the box next to the Newsletter opt out text and click Save.
Note: Enabling the Newsletter opt out option does not stop contractual or service related emails from being emailed to you. To disable these you must request an account closure.
