In the majority of cases this message appears when your newly created design plan or hosting service that you have taken out with us is going through a process known as website propagation.
Website propagation is a technical term to describe a process whereby all internet service providers, including your own, obtain the correct technical server settings of your new domain name so that you are able to connect and edit your website using your device.
The propagation can take between 1 hour and 72 hours to complete. If 72 hours has elapsed and you still see the "Username or password incorrect" message please contact us for technical help.
