In some situations you may wish to un-publish your website, such as when updating content or taking a break. You can achieve this by doing the following:-
Simply go to https://www.blackmoonhosting.com and:
- Click the Client Log In menu
- Type your website address into Manage website box and click the green button.
- Now select Click Here to Log in with your Services account and type the Email address and password that a Black Moon Hosting representative gave you in your Welcome email.
Tip: Your email address will be the email address you used to contact us, purchase a service or make an enquiry.
Forgotten your Password? Click here to reset it.
- Now select Settings from the left hand-side menu and then select General Settings.
- Now select the Active Maintenance Mode toggle followed by selecting the Save Changes button.
Your website will now show a message to any visitors indicating that your website is under maintenance. You can, of course, continue to edit your website while logged into our website builder.
When your website is ready to be published again simply deactivate maintenance mode.
